URJA ARROWHEAD LLP is a young and dynamic social research and consulting firm established in 2023 with a strong vision to transform the lives of marginalized and vulnerable communities. We believe that evidence-based solutions, coupled with empowered local governance, are key to creating sustainable and inclusive development.
Though young as an institution, URJA is backed by a team of seasoned professionals with more than two and a half decades of experience in the social sector. The founding team has worked extensively with grassroots communities and development agencies, bringing together diverse expertise in public policy, development studies, livelihoods, gender, economics, and governance.
